Shipping & Delivery 

By processing your order and payment you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your purchase. 

All orders are processed and packed within 24 hours of placement excluding weekends and public holidays. 

We use Australia Post with Express Shipping on all orders. You will receive tracking details to the email provided for your order once we have dispatched. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order.  If the wrong delivery address is provided, Golden Muse Boutique cannot offer reimbursement for this package. We are not responsible for stolen packages once items are marked delivered or packages delayed in transit. 

We offer free express delivery for all items over $60+

Can I return my item? 

Yes, you can return your item for a store credit only provided that:

  • The item is returned within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. 
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
  • Garments are not damaged or altered (e.g. stained by fake tan or make up and do not smell of perfume, deodorant, washing powder and/or any other products). 
  • The item was not purchased on sale - all sale items can not be returned unless deemed faulty.
  • FOR ALL change of mind returns, the shipping cost of $8 will be deducted from your store exchange credit. 
  • Please note all returns shipping is at the customers expense. We recommend obtaining a copy of your return tracking information, as we do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Returns on jewellery items?

Due to hygiene reasons, we are not able to process a return on Jewellery items. Please carefully select products.

What happens if my item is faulty?

If deemed faulty then your refund will be processed, and the refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We advise the sender to use a tracked delivery service for returns as we will not refund/exchange lost items. Do you have After Pay?

Yes! Afterpay is available. Select afterpay at checkout for 4 fortnightly payments over 8 weeks. 

Local delivery

We offer free same-day local delivery for Kiama & surrounding suburbs. All orders placed before 2pm will be delivered on the same day between 8am-8pm. A notification will be sent once delivered. If there is a certain place you would like this left please specify in the comments of your order
